High Pressure Suspension Grinding Mill Working Principle
This ball mill is horizontal type and tubular running device, has two warehouses. This machine is grid type and runs along the outside gear. The material enters spirally and evenly the first warehouse of the milling machine along the input material hollow axis by input material device. In this warehouse , there is a ladder scaleboard or ripple scaleboard, and different specification steel balls are installed on the scaleboard. When the barrel body rotates ball mill produces centrifugal force ,at the same time , the steel ball is carried to some height and falls to make the material grinding and striking. After grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enters into the second warehousefor regrinding with the steel ball and scaleboard. In the end, the powder is discharged by output material board andthe end products are completed.

The quality of ball mil installation is the key to whether the ball mill work normally. Although there are many types of ball mill, the method and sequence of ball mill installation is the same. Install in on the reinforced concrete whose weight is 2.5 to 3 time as ball mill. the reinforced concrete should be based on a solid soil, and with at least 4 ~ 50 mm distance away from plant.When install ball mill, first install the main bearing. Then install cylinder division of ball mill. According to the specific conditions, you can install it as several parts. Final install transmission components division. You must install it as requestments of ball mill.

Ball Mill Operate Routine
- Before the ball mills start,check whether erery part of ball mills normal, whether the connecting bolts loose,whether the lubrication of lubrication points normal,whether the driving device reliable,whether protective equipment intact,whether connection of motor carbon fine.
- Check whether there is barrier surrounding the ball mills. Forbit persons standing near ball mills when it is starting.
- Press start button to start the motor and notice the change of electric current.The ball mills' continuous starting don't surpass two times and the first starting and the second starting should separate for more than 5 minutes.If it must be thirdly started, it should be check by electrician and fitter before it is started.
- The ball mill don't start with other equipment at the same time avoiding the high current.
- Feed water ,feed ore and add steel ball to the ball mill must follow the operate routine.Overload and preoperation are both bad for the ball mill.
- When the ball mill is running , it should be checked whether the barrel body leak,where the feeding water or ore is normal,where the electric current and voltage is normal.If there is some proble,it should be handled quickly.
- When the ball mill is running ,it should be checked whether the bearing or the oil ring is lubricated and whether the temperature of bearing is normal.
