JAW PLATES & SIDE PLATES
The jaw plates are made from manganese steel casting, grade-III having 14% manganese. The side plates are of closed fitting type which prevent any wear to the body.

HINGEPIN

LUBRICATION
Automatic continuous splash lubrication by two nos positive gear pump for the bearings, pitman and toggle mechanism. Enable the crusher to run safely at relatively higher speeds.
DIAPHRAGM
Specially designed oil resistant flexible diaphragm seal the opening in the oil chamber and protect the toggle mechanism against dust.
DISCHARGE GAP SETTING
In DYNAMIC Jaw Crusher, one more setting bolt is provided to set the gap at discharge end.

POWER Horse power required is based on use of electric Motors in normal condition, petrol or diesel engine should be of approx 20 to 25% higher capacities than electric Motors and also subject to losses due to altitude.
